Visitors and visiting!!!

This is our old home teacher from Enumclaw, Rick and Cassie Harston. Jamie and the girls and I went to visit them in Gilbert, Arizona after we dropped off Cara at EA. He is the best home teacher on the planet!!! Still remembers every birthday and anniversary!

Maria Blad and I at our home in Alpine. I have known Maria since birth and now she is going to EHS! Hard to believe all those years have flown by! She is an amazing young lady!!!

You got to try this sandwich!

I have made this sandwich this summer and want to share the recipe. I use turkey pastrami, rye bread, spinach, tomatoes, swiss cheese or pepper jack cheese, thousand island dressing and pepper rings or peppercini's (same thing?) You can toast the bread or leave it untoasted. I like it toasted! Let me know what you think!!!

Alpine Days and 5k!!!

Kelsey and I ran in the 5k on Saturday morning. She came in fourth place in her age group and beat me by two mintes. The little speedster.

I came in third in my age division. Some of the benefits of being fifty!!!

One of my gorgeous daughters! I am so blessed to have such amazing children! Jamie and Reese in Alpine in between photo shoots!

I was released from my YOung Women calling two days later and put in the new RElief Society Presidency. I will miss working with the youth but am so blessed to have made strong bonds with them.

More summer fun in Montana

Smith family reunion 2010

Mom and Ron organized a fun family reunion up at the Heber Valley Girl's camp.

Our family that was able to be there at the 2010 Reunion. We had just got done canoeing and being on the paddle boats. Horseshoes were played and a yummy lunch was there for us to make!
