The Anderson's come for a quick visit...

Having a nice, quiet dinner with the Anderson's...

Emily and Cathy...what a treat to have Emily come with her parents to Utah.  It was a somber occasion for their visit as a close family friend unexpectedly passed away.

We had to make a quick stop at Kurt and Jen's. Emily had not seen Kurt in over ten years...closer to fifteen! I wanted them to see Cannon and McCoy.  Cannon impressed Maggie with his drop-kick!

Finding the perfect tree...December third

I finally had a Saturday off so we went to a new Christmas tree lot in town... These tree's were cut from Oregon!

Kelsey chose a beautiful noble fir and it took us minutes to decide!  Love that kind of decision making!

These were our beautiful assistants...one being Jeff & Andrea's daughter Chantell (right).

We made it home in minutes and the tree looks beautiful in our big family room.  I'll have to show you later!

Thanksgiving Day 2011

The kids trying to pop popcorn with their cell phones... I think we were doing it wrong.  We heard the pilgrims tried this their first Thanksgiving...

We decided to all eat in the family room so we could all be together!  Here is Kylie showing us the spread...

Cara and Matthew Bair who is from Arizona.  He spent a few days with us during Thanksgiving.  They make a cute couple...

Dan and Ally who are dear friends of Kelsey's from college days at BYU-Idaho.  Ally & Kels graduated from college this past April.  That is something to be grateful for!
