Here is the PumPkin Bread recipe that I have been using this fall. I have made two loaves already this week and they do not last long!
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup pumpkin
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy. Add eggs and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients to moist mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until the bread tests done. Makes one large loaf. Enjoy!

Some of our amazing young women! They are such great girls!
It was so sunny and hot but what a beautiful day! Taylor and Madi who were some of my Mia Maids.
Some more of our Alpine Young Women! And there is even a leader in there but she looks so young you may not be able to pick her out!
Some of our young men with a couple of our darling Beehives!
I was released from my YOung Women calling two days later and put in the new RElief Society Presidency. I will miss working with the youth but am so blessed to have made strong bonds with them.
